Your role at EasyCompanies will be not only to make a huge impact in our business, but also in thousands of businesses across Australia. As the first point of contact for thousands of people across Australia wanting to take the leap and start their own company, you'll inspire, educate and support entrepreneurs from all walks of life.

The position requires full time availability, and would be ideal, but not limited to, a recently graduated business or law student.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Delivering an amazing customer experience to continually “wow” our customers. Keep an eye out for day-to-day operations and any issues that may arise. Prompt resolution of issues is essential for success.
  • Being innovative. Come up with new ideas, improve efficiencies and shape our future direction.
  • Providing support to customers through phone, online chat and email mediums.
  • Resolving customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Initiating sales calls to both new and existing clients.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to a small team.
  • Taking the initiative to improve our customer serivce
  • Identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have a "hit the ground running" attitude - as we are quite agile you will need to learn quickly to keep up with our momentum
  • Be able to balance attention to detail with swift execution - We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
  • Will have 1-2 years previous sales / customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Will be available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

    $50,000-$55,000 p.a + super (Commensurate on previous experience)
